    1) what do you think of Clown Prince James
    im over him. he made his bed and now is going to have to sleep in it. we all have to deal with the fallout and consequences of our choice, right?

    2) do you have a weight change goal?
    not right now. i have size goals but they are in a maintenance period right now. im not aggressively pursuing any weight changes right now.

    3) what is your favorite kettlebell exercise?
    Turkish Getups of course!!!
