    1. What is the most egregious use of “I don’t have time” that you ever seen?
Can it be that I am so busy with my exercise and nutrition stuff that I don't have time to clean my apartment? :)

    2. How did your alternative ‘hunting’ workout go?
I sort of do this in the park, pushing myself to just get to the next tree, lamppost, etc. If there are people 'hunting' me, I think I must be an easy target!

    3. Do you love turkish getups as much as I do?
I do like them. They are challenging because they incorporate so many elements, but it's fun to swing your leg around, too!

Great reverse use of “I don't have time” Beth!

    1) What is the most egregious use of “I don’t have time” that you ever seen?
I always remember you telling me that if i have time for fbook, i have time to work out. :) if im gonna chat or use fbook i sure as heck better have a workout too!

    2) How did your alternative ‘hunting’ workout go?
love being outside! i also love the more interesting runs/races that have been more popular. Urban Dare, Mud Run, etc. They all add an element of play to working out!

    3) Do you love turkish getups as much as I do?
They are definitely one of my favorites!

also, i love the quote about excuses lasting a lifetime. its so true. with every run i complete i feel like i need to do another one, a harder one, a faster one. if i bail or decide not to show up or not to finish i dont have to do it again, ever. i can be a quitter, but what fun is that!?!?!

    Should work now. Nice catch!

That's reason enough to never bail or fail to finish! It would be too easy for the excuse to snowball.

I love the perspective shift from “….time” to “….life”.

That one freaks me out in a positive way! It enables you to have razor-sharp focus on what is important to you.

I wrote that one on my whiteboard at home.

    Keep Rocking guys!

The shift really pushes for a reconsideration of daily activities, right? A great whiteboard addition!
