    3 Questions
    1. What is one thing you do to get the most out of your body?
I've being trying to make sure I get enough water lately. I think that water just helps everything run more smoothly and efficiently.

    2. What did you think of the burpee?
They still look hard, but I am willing to give them a shot!

    3. Will you ever eat a hot dog again?
    I can't really remember the last time I ate a hot dog…

    2. burpees
right up there with the jump rope and running! great exercises that i dont like but am forced to love for the benefits they offer.

    3. hot dogs
