    I'm digging the different segments so far. Keep the variety going!

    2. Are you brave enough to try intermittent fasting?
    Maybe not quite yet :) I think it might take a while for my brain to get used to the idea.

    3. How many consecutive pull-ups can you do?
    Last time I tried, I think I was able to just hang there for about 3 seconds. I will have to try this again soon!

    Great stuff my man! I am afraid of intermittent fasting though but its definitely somethng to think about it. I didn't realize your were practing that. Is that why you body allows you to go through 5 sessions in a row without eating? My body starts to shut down and get cranky when I don't eat every 3-4 hrs.

    I'll start thinking about some good Relentless TV ideas to propose to you. Good stuff again!

    Thanks Ross – I usually I.F. on a day when I'm not expending a ton of workout energy!

    Plowing through 5 sessions in a row ends up being a necessity sometimes, not a choice!

    1) what would you like to see?
    im also enjoying the variety. i think there are a lot of myths out there and its great that you address them as they come up. maybe a myth busters type segment would be good too though.

    2) are you brave enough to try IF?
    absolutely! i think its a great idea and a great tool to give my body a break from the norm. i can definitely see the condensed eating period as a possibility but id ideally like to do the 24 hr fast. ill keep you posted.

    3) how many pullups
    well i managed to get all 20 in the RF Challenge last time i tried it but they were jumping pullups. i wonder how many regulars i could do.

    Jenn – Love the Myth Busters idea. Speaking of IF, stay tuned to Episode #5 for a big development that may add some fuel to your fire. Pull-ups are a whole different ballgame than jumping pull-ups, but a new challenge is never a bad thing!
