    Roger, there is a moment at the beginning of this episode, when you are talking about “I get to…” and in that moment, all your passion for and belief in what you are doing is so evident. It's that passion and belief that make you such a great visionary. It's easy to jump on board with someone who believes in his message as passionately as you do.
