    I love it!
    My feedback:
•What’s your reaction to the protein drink study? I never trusted those drinks before. I've gotten protein shakes at health food places, but I'm not really into protein supplements/drinks.
•Are you compelled to try chia seeds? Yes, I am putting them on my list!
•What is your mile time? I will run it tonight and tell you. My goal is under 7.

solid work. there is so much material that i had to take notes! awesome!
~first – i really appreciated that your energy is contagious. the “want to factor” section made it clear that your motivation is to be a resource. you have so much to teach and this is clearly the tip of the iceberg!!
~thanks for clarifying the study about the protein supplements. realistically i wouldnt have taken the time to read more into that study but appreciate that the responsibility is on us to know what we are putting in our bodies whether its a supplement, energy drink or anything else.
~chia seeds – i never would have thought to try them, but now i will be looking for ways to work it in. since i dont eat yogurt i thought i might try something with the almond butter or bananas… will let you know how that works out.

love that you leave time and pose questions. here are my responses
    1) ive never tried protein drinks, but this cements that i still dont need to.
    2) chia seeds are on the list
    3) i havent done a mile sprint since the last relentless challenge but that was around 8

the only feedback that i might give would be to keep it under 15 minutes. i like the array of material and the way you tied things from the beginning in at the end. it keeps it relevant and reminded me what else you talked about. im only worried that i wont have 15 minutes every day to watch the videos and might end up cramming them all into a day leaving little time for comments.

your energy is inspiring. keep it up!
