    1) Will knowing the science behind change help you push through adversity?
knowing whats going on in my body is far less complicated than what is going on in my brain, so YES! the science will certainly help!

    2) Are you compelled to add seaweed to your diet?
eh, i can take it or leave it. can you readdress something you mentioned during transformation about avoiding seaweed salad? i cant remember what it was but i vaguely remember it was on the do not eat list.

    3) Do you prefer the Perfect Push-Up or the standard push-up?
im not a fan of this one. pushups in general actually.

I am sooo excited for Rissa's debut! way to go for posting your weight and body fat for the WHOLE UNIVERSE!! youre awesome!

    1. Will knowing the science behind change help you push through adversity?
I think it will help, but it brings new meaning to the phrase mind over matter…

    2. Are you compelled to add seaweed to your diet?
I am not a huge fan of seaweed. I find it to be tough to chew. Maybe there are other preparations that would make it easier to eat.

    3. Do you prefer the Perfect Push-Up or the standard push-up?
I like the Perfect Push-Up because I feel like it lets me get lower into the push-up, but they are definitely harder. I think I could do more standard push-ups than Perfect push-Ups, so I guess it's just a trade-off.

Mind over matter – a crucial component to your Relentless approach!

In my experience locally, seaweed salad is very tough to find without added sugar. I'm a huge fan of it and its taste, but even the Whole Foods fresh packaged version adds sugar (as do countless restaurants). For that reason I felt it was easiest to nix it for Transformation purposes.

Gasp – I must find a way to change your tune on push-ups!
